In Ancient Rome it was believed that the pearly sheen of the Moonstone was a shard of solid moonlight and that is symbolized love and fertility just as the moon regulates the natural tides of the earth and sea and of woman. Aquamarine is known as the gem of mermaids. It is also associated with tranquility, clarity, protection. The Ancient Egyptians wore aquamarine carved as animals to preserve their vital energy, warding off premature demise. Ancient Romans wore aquamarine amulets to cure laziness and procrastination, as well as for protection. It is also associated with the throat chakra.
Rose quartz is known as a healing crystal and the stone of love, compassion and peace. It's believed to emit strong vibrations of love, which are thought to: support emotional and relationship healing, inspire compassion, and boost feelings of peace and calm.
