ONLINE ORDER INFORMATION

 All online sales orders are processed Monday thru Friday and typically ship within one business day. Orders placed Friday–Sunday will ship the following Monday.

For in-store pickup you will be notified when the item(s) are ready for pickup. All in-store pick up items will be held for 90 days, after which the item will be donated to charity. Purchases made online cannot be gift wrapped in the store. 

ONLINE RETURN INFORMATION       

  • Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.
  • Any item that is returned in person at either of the stores will be issued a store credit.
  • If an exchange is requested the merchandise must be sent back first and then the new merchandise will be sent to you.
  • The returned item must be unworn, unaltered and have the original tag attached to qualify for a refund.
  • All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Certain categories of items are not returnable. These include but are not limited to, personal care/beauty products (perfumes, lotions, lip care), food items, special orders, holiday/seasonal merchandise and gift cards.
  • USPS, UPS or FedEx must be used to return an item. Customer is responsible for payment as well as any lost or damaged item.

  • Once the item is inspected and approved the credit will be issued in the form in which the payment was made (except in person store returns as noted above). We will notify you immediately if the item is not approved for return.
  • Physical gift cards and store credits can only be redeemed at the brick-and-mortar locations.
  • Digital gift cards may be used online or in-store at a customer's request.
