Candy Canes Leggings

The leggings are perfect for layering under dresses and skirts. The founders of Mila & Rose designed these leggings when they could not find the perfect pair for Mila. Everything was either cut too low in the waist or fit too baggy in the leg. The leggings are high waisted for extra bum coverage and cut slimmer in the leg for a tight fit.
