Online Return Policy
All online sales orders are processed Monday thru Friday and typically ship within one business day. If an order is received after 12pm CST Friday there is a possibility it will not be fulfilled until that following Monday.
• Notice.shop accepts returns within 15 days of purchase. A refund will be offered in the exact form of the original payment.
• Please take into account that merchandise must be received back in the store within 15 days of the purchase date for a refund.
• If an exchange is requested the merchandise must be sent back first and then the new merchandise will be sent.
• The returned item must be unworn, unaltered and have the original tag attached. Items not meeting this requirement will not be refunded.
• All sale items, personal care items (soaps, lotions, perfumes, hair care, etc.) are final sale. No return or exchange.
• An insured carrier including USPS, UPS and FedEx must be used to return an item. Customer is responsible for payment as well as any lost or damaged item. • Return requests should be sent to Info@notice.shop. Once the request is made the return shall be mailed to:

• Once the item is inspected and approved the credit will be issued.
• Any item that is returned in person at either of the stores will be issued a store credit that can be used at any time.
• Gift cards can only be redeemed at the brick and mortar locations (at least for now).
